Hancks Genuines currently serves customers in Uganda.

We aim to provide reliable delivery to customers within Kampala and other locations where our delivery services are available.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal working hours.

Once your order has been received and payment or order confirmation has been verified, we will prepare it for delivery.

Orders placed outside working hours, on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery is made during working hours.

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, traffic, weather, courier availability and other circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you when your order is placed.

For a more accurate delivery estimate, customers may contact us through WhatsApp or telephone before placing an order.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

Hancks Genuines will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or unclear information provided by the customer.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or the delivery information is incorrect, the customer may be contacted to arrange another delivery attempt.

Additional delivery charges may apply where the failed delivery is caused by incorrect information or the customer's unavailability.

7. Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not always guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

• Heavy traffic.

• Severe weather.

• Public holidays.

• Courier or transport delays.

• Incorrect delivery information.

• Product availability.

• Events beyond our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

If you need to change your delivery address or other order details, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not always be possible.

9. Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect their order when it is delivered.

If a product appears damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Hancks Genuines as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue.

This may include a telephone confirmation, message, signature or other reasonable form of delivery confirmation.
